Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. 

We ship through UPS, USPS, and other major carriers. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, responsibility for delivery shifts to the shipping provider.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or stolen after delivery.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file an insurance claim using your tracking number. We are happy to assist with tracking information, but do not immediately replace or refund orders due to carrier issues.

Please note: Customers must file an insurance claim and notify us within 14 days of estimated delivery. If a claim is not submitted within this timeframe, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.

If a claim is filed within the required timeframe and is not resolved in the customer’s favor, we will reship the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is not delivered or returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required to reship the package.
